Just come back from a fantastic few weeks in Lanzarote

Holiday - Food

In keeping with Lizzies obsession with blogging her cooking, here's some of the food we had on holiday.

Spicy sausages and veg kebabs.

Fresh BBQ tuna and veg kebabs (spot the theme).

We also had some great prawns, steak and our own invention: Lanzarote Chicken (chicken stuffed with toms, garlic etc wrapped in Jamon Serano and BBQ'd)

Holiday - Long walk to the light house

Took a long walk to the lighthouse from Playa Blanca but at leaast there was a cold beer at the end of it and a bus for the way home.

Holiday - Montana Roja

Went for a walk up Montana Roja an extinct volcano not far from where we were staying. Quite steep and rocky so maybe flip flops weren't such a great idea.

Took a day trip across to Fuertaventura on the ferry from Playa Blanca.
