Birthday!

Had a fab birthday. 

Stu got me these fantastic flowers from my fave shop in Bingley 'Flower Couture' (http://www.flowercourture.co.uk/).  The roses have little crystals and parts of the bouquet have sparkly things on them. 

Went to the La Rue (http://www.laruerestaurant.co.uk/) in Saltaire with Mum.

At work Andy (Andrew James 'Two Soups' Illingworth)  baked me a 'two soups' cake. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6aYLOf8CUQ.  Which was served a la Julie Walters in this sketch. I've got a picture on my phone I'll try and up load it to the blog if I can.

OK - not posted anything lately

Soz we've not posted anything lately. Just been really busy. Mainly with the boring/non-photogenic things of life such as shopping, cleaning, working etc.

Since our last post

We have again been to the open event at the Saltaire Brewery (which was heaving).  But we had a great night and caught up with Martin & Mo and Dave & Spud.

We've also had a great Valentines night - with some great food and wine.

• Goats cheese and red onion tartlets
• Venison steak with mashed potatoes and veg
• Blueberry & strawberry Eton mess
• Pink fizzy and our new favourite grape variety Malbec
