Veg Plot

Spent most of the day sorting out the veg plot. It was really over grown with weeds. So it was a surprise to see that I'd managed to grow some decent sized white turnip and very tasty they were too.

Day in Skipton

We decided to take the train to Skipton. It turned out to be Gala Day so we watched the parade. There were:

Bag Pipes

Small Old Tractors

Big new tractors

floats and Gala Queens from all over the district.
