Birthday trip to Edinburgh

Fab birthday weekend in Edinburgh - Visited a fw of the auld haunts - Jekyll & Hyde, Grass Market etc. Thank's Stu for a lovely weekend!

Bingley 5 Rise Locks open weekend

The 5 rise locks have had to have their gates replaced. This weekend we were given a once in a lifeime opportunity to walk from the top of the locks right to the bottom, this has not been possible in the over 200 years since they were first built.

Lovely walk along Leeds Liverpool Canal

Walked along Leeds Liverpool Canal to the Granby pub via Five Rise.  The locks are getting new gates at the moment, there's an open weekend on the 28th & 29th Jan, where you can walk through the locks from top to bottom.

 Walked back along the road via the Airedale Heffer and The Royal. The frost never cleared all day!

Just got back from a week in sunny Spain. Just spent the week in a small town called Algarrobo.  Lots of sunshine, fab grub, & chilling!!
